How do you manage the daily donor “to do” list and the big picture thinking when there isn’t a large group to help with the creative thinking and implementation?

Please bring your questions, success stories, and challenges related to working on a small development team as Caitlin Harpster, Director of Development for The Mattress Factory facilitates a group conversation.
