  • I am writing this message while on vacation with my family. I hope you too are having a nice summer.  Before you know it the kids will be back in school and many of us will fall back into a familiar routine. Vacation is a time to reflect and relax a bit with family and/or friends. If you have vacation days through your workplace - you need to take them. There will always be last minute things to do - projects to finish or donors to call. Most of that can wait a week or so while you recharge your batteries.
On vacation I am trying my best to stay in the present with my kids - knowing that in a few short years they will be off to college on new adventures. So don't wait until it's more convenient - spend some time with your loved ones - and be in the moment with and for them. Enjoy the rest of your summer and join us in the Fall for AFP activities and events..
If I can assist you in any way - please let me know.

    President, AFP Western PA
